Yes, customs handling is required. You will be contacted by the courier service and can either provide them with a power of attorney to handle it on your behalf or manage it yourself. Please note that we cover the standard customs and import taxes, but any additional or unexpected fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We deliver to all countries within the European Union, Turkey and the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries. For orders outside these regions, please contact us to check shipping availability.
