This project at Vives Compound reflects Sportec’s commitment to precision, durability, and elite playing standards. The existing court was fully renovated to enhance performance, safety, and long-term resistance to Riyadh’s demanding climate.

The surface was rebuilt using a professional 4-layer acrylic system, carefully applied to ensure uniform texture, controlled ball bounce, and consistent speed of play. All structural cracks were professionally repaired and reinforced before resurfacing, restoring the court’s integrity and extending its lifespan.

To elevate both functionality and aesthetics, the perimeter fencing was repaired and upgraded, and high-quality windbreakers were installed to improve playability in windy conditions while adding a clean, professional finish.

The project was completed with custom-made stainless steel net posts, designed and manufactured specifically for this court. These posts combine durability, corrosion resistance, and refined detailing—delivering a premium look that matches the performance standards of the surface.

The result is a court that plays smoother, looks sharper, and meets the expectations of serious players and modern residential compounds.
