Built for High Usage

Padel Court Installation

Sportec designs and builds padel courts to international standards, with a process that’s clear, professional, and engineered for long-term performance.

We begin with a site inspection to confirm dimensions, access, base condition, drainage, and orientation — then we finalize the layout and specifications based on your goals and usage level. From there, our installation team delivers a precise build, with tight tolerances, premium finishing, and a court that looks as good as it plays.

We use high-quality components across the full system — surface, structure, glass, fencing, lighting readiness, and all details — to ensure the court delivers a consistent playing experience and stands up to daily traffic in real club conditions

Championship Court

The Championship Court is built to deliver a true professional padel experience — the kind of atmosphere you see in top-tier competitions. It features a heavy-duty steel structure engineered for maximum stability and long-term durability under daily club use.

Designed with open corners for cleaner sightlines, it creates a near full panoramic viewing experience, making it ideal for venues that want a true show-court presence with serious performance behind it.

Pop-Up Padel Court

Sportec’s Pop-Up Padel Court is the ideal solution for tournaments, brand activations, corporate events, and temporary installations where you want maximum impact — without a permanent build.

Engineered for fast assembly and dismantling, it lets you create a professional padel experience almost anywhere, in a short timeframe. Even though it’s temporary, the court is built to Sportec standards for stability, playability, and premium finish — so players get a true “real court” feel from the first rally to the last.

Padel Court Maintenance

After installation, consistent maintenance is what keeps a padel court safe, consistent, and visually premium year after year. Sportec provides complete maintenance programs to protect your investment — from routine servicing and deep cleaning to inspections and corrective work when needed.

We focus on the details that matter: turf condition and infill balance, surface grip and drainage, glass and structure alignment, fencing, gates, nets, and overall finishing — so your court stays reliable, attractive, and ready for daily use.

Regular Cleaning

We keep your padel court clean, presentable, and performing consistently through scheduled cleaning that removes dust, sand, and debris before it builds up. This protects the surface, supports reliable footing, and keeps the court looking premium for players and spectators.

Our cleaning routine also reduces unnecessary wear on the turf, glass, and court accessories — helping your court stay in top condition for daily use.

Surface Restoration & Repairs

Over time, even the best courts will show signs of wear from daily play, weather, and regular use. Sportec provides professional surface restoration to bring your court back to its best condition — safely, cleanly, and without unnecessary downtime.

Depending on the court’s needs, this can include turf seam and joint repairs, localized surface fixes, infill correction, grip and drainage improvements, and replacement of worn sections to keep the playing experience consistent and the court looking premium.

Preventive Inspections & Care

Sportec performs scheduled inspections to spot early signs of wear and address small issues before they become costly repairs. This proactive approach keeps your padel court in excellent condition, reduces unexpected downtime, and extends the life of every key component.

We check the full system — turf and infill, seams and joints, glass alignment, steel structure, fencing, gates, nets, and accessories — then provide clear recommendations and carry out the needed adjustments with the same precision used in our installations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why choose Sportec for your padel court?

Sportec delivers padel courts with a premium build standard — engineered for safety, durability, and a consistently professional playing experience. From site assessment to turnkey installation, we manage the full process with strict quality control, so you get a court that looks world-class, performs reliably, and delivers long-term value.

What space is required to install a padel court?

The standard padel court playing area is 20 m × 10 m. In real projects, you also need extra clearance around the court for structure, access, safety zones, and (if applicable) spectator areas and maintenance access. The exact footprint depends on whether it’s indoor or outdoor, the court model (panoramic/championship), and your site constraints — Sportec confirms the final space requirements during the site inspection and layout plan

What maintenance equipment is required for a padel court?

A well-maintained padel court doesn’t need complicated tools — it needs the right ones used consistently. The essentials typically include:

  • Cleaning & debris removal: soft court brush/drag brush, leaf blower, dust broom (and a vacuum if indoor)
  • Turf care: brushing tools and an infill leveling rake (where applicable)
  • Water control: squeegee / water remover for wet areas and drainage checks
  • Hardware care: net adjustment tools, basic hand tools, and a set of spare fasteners for gates/fencing
  • Minor repairs: small turf/seam repair kit and touch-up consumables suitable for the court system
  • Glass & finishes: appropriate glass cleaning tools/products to keep visibility and presentation premium

If you want, Sportec can handle this through a scheduled maintenance program — and we’ll recommend the exact kit based on your court type, location, and usage level.

Standard Court Size & Net Height?

A regulation padel court measures 20 m (length) × 10 m (width). The net height is 88 cm at the center and 92 cm at the sides, matching the official playing standard.

What is a padel court made of?

A professional padel court is built as a complete system, not just a playing surface. The core materials typically include:

  • Foundation & base: compacted sub-base with a concrete slab or asphalt base (designed for stability and drainage)
  • Structure: hot-dip galvanized steel frame and supports for long-term durability
  • Walls: tempered safety glass (usually 10–12 mm depending on the system)
  • Fencing & access: metal mesh panels, gates, and hardware
  • Playing surface: high-quality artificial turf with the correct infill and finishing
  • Details: anchors, fasteners, net posts, and (when included) lighting and accessories

Sportec specifies each component based on your location, indoor/outdoor environment, and expected daily usage — to ensure the court stays stable, safe, and premium for years

What routine maintenance does a padel court need?

The most common padel court maintenance tasks are simple, but they must be done consistently to keep the court safe, clean, and premium:

  • Surface cleaning: remove dust, sand, leaves, and debris before it builds up
  • Turf care: regular brushing and infill leveling (where applicable) to keep the surface even
  • Net & accessories: check net height/tension and replace worn parts when needed
  • Glass, fencing & gates: inspect alignment, fix loose hardware, and keep gates opening smoothly
  • Drainage & water control: ensure drainage points stay clear and address pooling early
  • Full inspection schedule: identify small issues early to avoid major repairs later

Sportec can provide a structured maintenance plan based on your court type, location, and daily usage level.

Do tennis balls and padel balls weigh the same?

Yes — for regulation/competition standards, both tennis balls and padel balls are specified at 56.0–59.4 grams.

That said, they’re not identical: padel balls have different diameter and bounce/pressure specifications compared to tennis balls.

Who invented padel?

Mexican businessman Enrique Corcuera set up the first-ever padel court at his holiday home in Acapulco – and the rest is history.

Can you play padel singles?

While padel is predominantly played as doubles – you can also play padel singles as well. The main difference is that padel singles is played on a slightly smaller court (20m x 6m).
