How long will my order take to arrive?
Our standard delivery time is 1–3 working days. However in some cases, factors such as customs processing or local postal delays may extend this timeframe. We appreciate your patience and strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Do you ship internationally? Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to all countries within the European Union, Turkey and the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries. For orders outside these regions, please contact us to check shipping availability.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package in real time.

What happens if my package is delayed in customs?

Can I return a product? How do I do it?
Yes, products can be returned to our EU return address – Napervillská 11, 949 01, Nitra, Slovakia. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when returning a product.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?

Do you accept returns from outside the EU?
Returns from GCC countries are possible, but shipping must be arranged by the customer to a designated return address, and any local fees or shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
