This private villa project demonstrates Sportec’s expertise in full tennis court development from raw ground conditions to a finished, playable surface.
The site initially consisted of an unstable gravel base that was unsuitable for long-term tennis performance. Sportec carried out a complete ground correction process, re-engineering the base to create a solid and level foundation capable of supporting a professional court system.
A new asphalt layer was installed to provide structural stability, precise leveling, and consistent ball response. This was followed by the installation of a high-quality synthetic grass tennis surface, delivering reliable playability with minimal maintenance — ideal for private residential use.
The project was completed with accurate line marking, fencing integration, and final surface calibration, resulting in a clean, durable tennis court that blends seamlessly into the villa environment while offering year-round usability.
